rev:text	I was soooo ready to act a fool at Sprint. My daughter dropped her phone off to be serviced and when she picked it up, her SD card was missing. It wasn't that the SD card was missing, it's that she had all her Disneyland birthday pictures on it. Well, we went back 3 days later, again ready to act a fool. The technician stated that "he found it after she left and was so, so sorry for her inconvenience." Well done!!! I would give them 5 stars... but they did misplace the card.
