  • Good prices on feeders, but otherwise they don't keep their animals in good conditions. More often than not, their habitats for the animals in the store are crappy and not appropriate at all. Tanks are often very dirty and filled with feces (from multiple days for sure). Also I've found that while they are sincerely trying to help you, they lack a lot of knowledge about animal care. You're better off finding a group on facebook specific to your pet to find proper information from.
