  • I've been going to the practice for almost 20 years. About 10 years ago I left them because I had an issue with Gary Wright. I ended up going back to another location and saw Dana Roberts out of the Tempe location when they were open. She was amazing!! Always took her time, sat down to speak with you, seemed like she cared. When that office closed I started going to the gilbert office. Saw Ms. Moyer, she's terrible. Her medical assistant is rude and condescending as is Miss Moyer. I had labs done which she requested I go in to go over. Was given an appt time a week out. Yes they said it wasn't urgent but to me it is. It's my health and regardless of their feeling personal or professional it is my body and I deserve to know as soon as they do. Well I requested she call after disputing their policies with flor (the "office manager") when she called she stated she didn't know why I was concerned. I replied it's my body I can be concerned if I want. She then stated that it is not policy to call their patients with lab results and she was "doing me a favor". Seriously? Well ma'am I'll do you a favor. You are unprofessional, in-compassionate, rude, condescending, and only care about you. So after 20 years I will find every place to post negatively and switch dr's and will tell everyone that will listen to stay away from you and your facility. They lost a good one with Dana Roberts.
