  • I was pleased with this Starbucks. I stopped by while passing through Charlotte, and I was not disappointed. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive (especially the cashier, a rather personable young man who seemed to genuinely enjoy his job), and obliged my order for a custom Americano. The coffee was good, and I enjoyed both the patio and the restaurant's interior, where I sipped my brew and read a good book and ate a good lunch. I left feeling satisfied, and would probably return. My thanks goes out to all associated with this Starbucks. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up, guys and gals!
