  • Saturday morning and there's 5 cars there? Should've been my clue that this place does not do quality work. Got the ultimate wash and neither the inside it out was clean. Water spots all over the outside still dirt on it. The inside had so much stuff sprayed and left that I had to wipe it when I got home. Apparently in an SUV they don't clean the 3rd row even though my seats were folded down and the guy climbed in the back to wipe the windows but didn't think the sides needed to be wiped down. There's so much that was done it would be easier to say what was done which was ran it through the wash, crappy vacuum job and wiped the windows basically, doesn't sound like an ultimate wash to me. Staff were friendly but I think the new owner needs to doing spot checks and check the quality of work if he wants to have a successful business. Wish I could get my money back on the deal I purchased bc I have 2 more washes left; maybe if I go back and use both today I'll actually have a clean car.
