  • I am a long time customer of Best Buy, for many types of purchases! I have always had great customer service. Most recently, my purchasing has been with the Car Audio and Installation Department. 5 STARS!!! For sure! This shop is clean, organized and very busy! 5 Stars for the fantastic knowledge, skills, and quality work. The technician Sean is just a great guy and conducts business professionally. He really takes the time to listen to what the customer is looking for. Sean, thank you for your patience and taking the time to answer all of my questions. I am so appreciative with the competitive pricing. Most of all I really appreciate the careful quality work that is performed. What stands out the most, is their expertise and options that are presented. I like doing business with someone that presents options, costs, warranties, and 'trends.' "Trends" are important to me too! I have already referred another customer for a stereo install. Sean, thank you so very much for the amazing job you did installing my stereo deck and finding the issue I was hearing with my speakers. I appreciate you staying on task to find the speaker issue.
