Awesome workouts, each and every time! Going on my 3rd week and already lost 10lbs. All trainers are awesome, very supportive and go out of their way to make sure I'm doing the excercises properly. Love the group format which makes me push myself harder than if I was working out on my own. Special shout out to trainer Tanner, who offered insight into a better diet that would help me reach my goal. My only regret is not starting OTF sooner.
