When I requested my car to be towed I was told that it would be done within the hour. That hour came and went so I called the office. Whomever answered the phone is unaware of telephone etiquette because he did not provide his name or even speak clearly. Then I was put on hold for 15 minutes so they could find out the ETA of the tow truck. I was told again, it'd be about 20 more minutes. At this point I have already waited an hour and a half. After I spoke to them I received an email that said the tow truck would be another 40 minutes vs the 20 minutes I was told. So again, I called them back and was going to tell them that I planned to leave the key on he tire so I didn't have to wait but when the same individual answered the phone, he immediately put me on hold and told me the tow truck would be here in 2 minutes then just hung up. I didn't even want to know when he was going to be here because I already waited double the time I should have. THEN, When the tow truck actually got here, I got a call and he said he didn't see the car when I had the only white Jetta in the pretty much vacant parking lot.
Overall, the experience horrible and just completely shitty. Someone else needs to run this company and properly train their employees.
