  • Repairman named Mac came for my washer that was showing an error code. He saw the problem with it and told me parts needed to be ordered. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and left me skeptical whether he diagnosed it properly. 5 days later Mac came back with some kind of a sensor and once installed, spent another half an hour running my washer through cycles and answering my many questions about it. Very Knowledgable and courteous repairman. Would recommend him and the company that sent him out to anyone. Thank you Mac!
