  • I always think having a good mechanic for your car is as important as having a good doctor. You need someone you can trust to take care of the vehicle that takes care of you. I appreciate the friendliness of our mechanic Vince, he tried to explain what he was going to do and adjustments needed along the way. I really felt like he was really trying to understand the problem. I do wish the front desk staff had been more welcoming, but they were efficient. I think they also can give you a ride back to your home if you need to leave the vehicle, but you might need to coordinate that before. Overall would definitely recommend.
