| - Walked in the first time to size my ring, the young guys behind the counter were so THRILLED to see me, one even said "not it" and walked away. Way to do your job well. The only good thing about this place is Joyce, she was the absolute only person who cared enough to be sure my guy and I were satisfied with my ring.
I got my first ring last November for my birthday. I took it in to get sized, got it back, and it looked like hell. I took it back in a month or so later (after showing the family over the holidays) to let them know that it looked awful (the black "paint" that they put on the metal to look like black diamonds had clearly worn off, if it was even on there). They sent it back to have him redo it. I went back to pick it up and Joyce said it was done incorrectly and apologized for having to send it back again. Got it back once again and it looked a little better, till I wore it for a week and it looked just as crappy as it did when I got it back the first time. So we finally talk with corporate and they agree to let us switch it out.
Got a new gorgeous ring, just got it back LAST NIGHT from getting sized, and the middle diamond already fell out. I mean, honestly... Like I said, the only good thing about this place is Joyce. Every other person I've talked to has been very rude and snappy with me and it just seems like the person who does the sizing and fixing has absolutely zero clue how to do anything of the sort. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, or this location, as it's the only one we've been, or will ever be to.
