I wish I could somehow give a review less than one star. I'm writing this as I'm waiting in line at the Drive-Thru Pharmacy (I've been here for over an hour, it's late at night, and I have to work in the morning) trying to pick up my prescription. The woman in the car in front of me complained that she had been waiting an hour and thirty minutes when the pharmacist at the window told her that for some reason she either had to get back in line, or go inside the store to get her prescription. I could hear her getting very upset because she was sick and she simply wanted her medicine. The pharmacist was not understanding or apologetic by any means. I too am sick and would like to get home, so I opted for the Drive-Thru rather than going in the store because the point of a Drive-Thru is that it's supposed to be faster and more effective. Every time I come here the pharmacists seem to be taking their time in serving customers without a care about speedy and accurate service. This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating, especially since I can't pick up my medication any other time. I don't see how there's any possible excuse for making customers wait literally HOURS to get their medicine after recovering a phone call saying that it's "ready for pick up"!?
