Um, the reviews saying this place is awesome are really confusing to me, and not at all my experience. Many "unrecommended reviews" sound more reliable.
First off, what really disgusted me was the "upkeep" of the buffet. The rice tray when I came in that afternoon was empty except for the hard crusty layer stuck to the pan. I thought maybe they cooked it in the pan until they came out dumping new rice on top from a skillet. I had the benefit of the doubt that they just do it for the rice, but nope. They come out with a skillet of whatever sauces/dishes and dump it right into the same pan thats been sitting there partially cooling and reheating for however many hours. That would be the definition of how to grow bacteria. Even better you can enjoy the sound of the "glug, glug, glug" from your table. At least take the tray in the back and do that out of sight, where I can assume your serving me something fresh and unlikely to upset my stomach. It makes me wonder what they behind the doors. Do they Saran wrap the same pans and leftovers overnight? Seriously when are they changed? Are they low on pans? Are they trying to be clean? Would this be one of those restaurant disaster shows that I assume are dramatized for ratings?
The flavor of the food itself was stale but okay. I probably wouldn't remember the place save for what I mentioned above. The naan was very good, seemed fresh. The service was okay. I think it was pretty cheap.
