  • This is located in the middle of Mandalay Bay casino and is steps away from the casino floor. So the hustle and bustle of the casino is very present during your dining experience. That being said the venue is quite large and is well decorated. It has like a modern meat nightclub feel. There was a "20min" wait when we put our name in, but then the 20 minutes were up they said it would be another 20 minute wait. But there was self seating in the "exposed area" near the bar. So if you go here keep an eye out for open seat there to avoid a wait. The food here was very good. I had a ribeye and that was cooked perfectly, the flavors were spot on. We tried mushroom and french fries for sides both were excellent! The fries came with a variety of sauces that were a nice change from the regular ketchup most people serve. I can understand why this place has a high price per entree, i definitely think the meal lived up to the price. If you want a fancier night out in the thick of the entertainment vegas has to offer I would recommend you come here.
