  • Greg Brooks, I called Mr Sparky and asked them for service after filling out the information requested on line, they sent me a message asking me to get in touch with a contact who I did, his number said to leave word for a call back and I did leave name and number, I was never called back, then I received a reservation confirmation as I requested service and the so called guaranteed reservation confirming, all was sent to me via e-mail. MR SPARKY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. Ten minutes after the reservation stating, reserved appointment time and date, upon contacting them, she told me I never did call back to confirm, so they cancelled, I told her I did call back and the persons phone number went to voice mail, I left my call back number, afterwards I received an e-mail, from you confirming the reservation: I told her that it was not my job after making the call back to run your people down.
