  • I am very happy with my experience at Joe Firment Chevy. They were the only dealer to send me a flyer in the mail regarding my recalled Cobalt, so I was immediately interested. I first talked to Eric on the phone about my options and then came to the dealer over the weekend. First I test-drove an Equinox but learned that I could not afford the monthly lease payments, so we then chose a Cruze LT that was perfect for me. I liked Eric because he was very patient throughout the several hour process and did not push me to choose one thing over the other. He made me feel that he truly cared about my financial situation, what car was best for me, and that I felt overall happy with the result. He and several others also thoroughly taught me how to use all of the technical features of the Cruze (OnStar, MyLink, Backup Camera, Bluetooth) that were new to me because I have never had such things in previous vehicles. I also feel that I was given a fair trade-in value for my Cobalt and an affordable monthly payment. I will make a point to refer people to Firment Chevy specifically because of how well we were treated and the "great deal" I feel I received - this is what sets them apart from other dealers.
