A good example of a small business trying harder.
My order was a large Americano and feta / olive bagel (the dough was more croissant-like, very delish).
There was only one other customer at the store, who was finishing his drink when I case and left while I was waiting for my order.
I had the whole place to myself. The day was Thursday, around 4 PM. Definitely not the busiest time for coffee shops, but an empty store? They definitely need to get the word out.
Their marketing may suck but the product doesn't. If you are looking for a quality coffee place that is also quiet, that's the one.
The selection of pastries puts any Starbucks or Second Cup to shame. The closest chain store they can be compared to would be Panera Bread.
There is also a selection of frozen products that you can warm up or cook at home.
The coffee is a bit overpriced but has character.
If you are bringing your laptop, make sure the battery is fully charged and there are no plugs anywhere around the store.
