  • Bad experience wasted our whole day didn't get our champagne as promised, crew lied to us and after writing a email the company just replied sorry can't help you. They can't the balloon recovery van and trailer stuck and it took over 2 hours for them to get someone's personal 4wheel drive out there to pull it out after asking a couple passengers myself included to pull their balloon basket to a area that was easier for them to pack up . The entire crew and company are very questionable. I would not put my life in their hands again they had issues during the entire experience. I did see they had a good rating on Yelp not sure how they got that to be honest. Bottom line bad experience wasted our whole day and they don't care at all . Do your research before you fly.not to mention they tell you they balloon you over Red Rock Canyon and you don't go anywhere near the Canyon you can't see the Canyon from where they take you! When I contacted the manager of Vegas balloons she told me it's a Adventure not exact science, no kidding but do you want to trust your life to someone that says that and makes excuses for falling so far short of what they claim to be selling /providing you?
