I am very disappointed. I have never gotten back on to yelp to write a follow up review however there were a few problems after I wrote the first one. First it was the rebate situation. I thought oh how nice of them to do all the paperwork for the rebate for me so all I had to do was place a stamp and I was good to go but then turns out the paperwork was wrong so I had come back in and have them re do the whole thing and I had to put another stamp to resend it. Second they told me to come back in because they had overcharged me and had to refund back the money. I originally wanted to pay off my phone so I said can't you just put that towards my payment for the phone and they said no. So I had to take time out of my day to come in and have it fixed. Well turns out he forgot I wanted to pay off the phone so it wasn't an overcharge so basically I went in there for nothing. Third time they call me again saying I need to come in because the transaction was done incorrectly. So we had to do a refund then anther charge and they said it would be in my account 24 to 48hrs. Well, it's been that long and I still haven't seen my refund so I had to call again and he found out it takes up to 5 business days. Seems like they need a review on their policies. I am normally not someone to give bad reviews but even after the fact, they didn't offer anything to help smooth this over. I can understand one mistake but three times and only an apology was given, to me that is not good customer service.
