| - This review is specifically for"GANZ"- SECURITY at the RIO, I was here as a new hire for orientation, as I walked around the casino trying to find out exactly where I needed to be she was the first security officer I seen, I asked her where orientation for new hires should go, she was terribly nasty, she asked where I parked? After I answer she said I was not allowed to park there & I had to go back & move my car. I asked her again if she could just point me in the direction of where I had to be, & she ignored me & walked away, I called after her where as she started running away from me, all I wanted to know was her name. As I had to run to catch up to her I asked her name & she lied told me "Larry" & covered her badge, which I had already seen. She continued to run up to security as shw noticed I was walking towards them & whispered to the other female who said I couldn't park in the garage & needed to move my vehicle. They called out a supervisor who was just as helpful as them, yes, that's sarcasm, he said they were right I was in the wrong area & had to go back to my car & drive to valleyview & twain. & that's the information he told me.
I am very embarrassed to be a new hire with this chain of company who have people who don't provide quality service to not only guests, but to fellow co workers of theirs. What we have learned in our orientation, & the service I was given by all three of these sercurity officers & 1 being a supervisor fell very short!! He continued to tell me that it was my fault & how unprepared I was for not knowing where I was going. As if this was something I didnt already know. I know, I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone in the future, for this experience with all 4 feet MRS. GANZ !!! Thanks for a horrible experience in your hotel, I will never be back !!!
