  • I was blown away by the customer service at Chinatown Optical. Truly there are people who are not just after your wallet. Worried about validation of products? Not to worry! The things you find here are legit with a great price tag! Not to mention they have such a large variety of brands. You really can sit around for hours just trying frames on. Kimmy was quite a personality. She definitely made my trip worth it. Not only was she honest about her opinions on how frames looked but she would quickly find suggestions. Not only was she willing to help but she was tentative and patient. I think the one eye opener was how quickly she remembered my name. I only mentioned it at the beginning and through the end she still referred to me by my first name. It felt nice, someone would make that effort. It lets me know how much she was paying attention. My first pair of glasses and she made it seem so easy! I can't wait for my order to come in to pop those babies on! : )
