  • Nice office staff, easy to make an appointment, yet be aware of unexpected dental cost. My insurance was given prior to my services and I was told the amount I had to pay out of pocket for regular dental cleaning. A month in a half later, I'm sent a bill for a cleaning. I check my coverage and I was told the billing was submitted incorrectly hence why the service was denied. Dental cleaning is basic and it's a covered cost. I contacted the billing office and explained my situation. I was told they would take off some fees but I still owe cleaning. A tad dishonest if you ask me because I paid what was advice and time service was rendered.
