Just purchased the home and less then 2r hours the house flooded and they came in to what they do. I'm very happy with the response time and how fast they were able to get it done. How ever, during the demo time one of their worker want to move the stove away from the wall by pulling on the oven handle. I don't know about you but I was taught not to do it that way because that's how things break. Guess what, the handle came off. Instead of owning up to it or even bringing it to my attention, the lack of integrity employee just layer the handle in the oven and didn't say a damn thing. When. I found it they said oh well it was broken already, there was super glue on it. It didn't know that because I just bought the house and it was on when I bought it and when they started doing the repair. Who's to say if he tried super gluing it and didn't work and he was trying to hide the fact that he broke it.
I contacted the office and Edgar who they both said they will take care of it and here I am 3 months later and no phone call. I feel like they just swept my pronlblem under the carpet just like their employee tried to do so.
DON'T TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS ONE THAT LACKS INTEGRITY
