  • \Extremely rude technician, she was on the phone the entire time. I had to ask the technician who was working on someone next to me all the questions I had, such as how to operate the chair, prices for designs, etc. She was brisk and quick and it was in no way a pampering experience. I also confirmed the prices on the design I wanted on my toes two times before she started, to avoid any miscommunication. When I went to check out, she changed the price to a higher price, which caused for an uncomfortable discussion at the end of an unsatisfying experience. I used to enjoy coming here, but I have noticed that the service has gone down hill with each subsequent visit. I cannot recommend this salon, there are so many other businesses that want and appreciate your business.
