  • We love Sage Stone! We have been here for 6 months and have had nothing but positive experiences. Very dog friendly with lots of grass and walking paths, well kept grounds and very peaceful and quiet! I guess it would depend on where in the complex your apartment is, probably more noise by the pool but anywhere else it is quiet! Neighbors are friendly but everyone seems to keep to themselves which gives a real sense of privacy. Once a month community events are a fun way to get to know the people around you! The location is also great! Next to the 101, near I-17, tons of shopping nearby and Thunderbird mountain park is right down the street! We will miss it here and recommend living here to anyone!
