I've had multiple issues in my time with EOS. To start I signed myself and my wife up for an account and instead of doing the family account ike they said they would, they signed me up for two separate accounts. We called them and got it changed back over. Then my debit card was cancelled and I gave them my new one a while later. They proceeded to tell me that my card would only be charged for $25. I looked at my bank account the next day and it was charged an additional $88. Don't give them access to your bank account. You'll regret it.
