rev:text	Please read before giving a Deposit to this Management Company. We lived in a house that was managed by this company and the company did not do a walk through at all before renting the property and from day one we had lots of problems with EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE, they would always send a person that would fix nothing only bring you a second hand Washer that was worse than the first one. Throughout the year we alerted the company in numerous ways to fix all the problems including the white water that running even in the kitchen but every time , again and again they would send someone that just says "Cant Fix..." the most upsetting thing of them all is that this company charged 90% of my Deposit for all the things that happened before I have even moved in the house that throughout the year I was alerting more than 20 deferent times from day one... Please check other places before you work with this management Company as a Home Owner and as a Tenant...
