This was the first place I ever tried HIIT/group training; it was the best.
At first I was all afraid that some douche wrapped in a sideways ball cap with gym socks around his knees and a bro tank vomiting tattoos out of each arm hole was going to come out and start talking about his UFC training but that's not what happened at all.
I really like the 40 minute workout format.
The trainers have always been extremely nice and professional.
And the ab workout on Saturday mornings is better than any other.
And as long as you don't go home and eat a bag of chips (a bag the size of a GARBAGE bag anyway), you're going to get results.
