I ordered online at the holidays and received pretty quick service. They could have been a little nicer to me when explaining that the broken stick candy I received would not be replaced. Also, the customer service rep could have sounded less like she was doing me a favor when offering to refund the amount I paid for the broken candy. I understand that the ground delivery company broke the candy, but couldn't she offer a sincere apology? After all-- I had only PART of my order for my kids' gift. And the candy sticks were in a thin cardboard box with no cushioning, inside a shipping box with other candy. Oh. My big, swirled rainbow lollipops were broken too, but that wasn't an issue I brought up with her; inside the clear plastic wrap they look fine-/ until opened. Bummer.
