  • Really slow service. I came in two days ago and had to wait while the clerk was helping other people, there were two people ahead of me. It was taking too long so I left and decided to return later. I came in again Saturday at 12:30pm with two people ahead of me again and waited literally 20 minutes when my transaction was only a 2 minute process or less........ I have two small children, one having special needs, it's difficult to have to wait 20 minutes for a simple transaction. I realize that she is the only employee in the store but she never offered an apology and was not personable at all. A smile, pleasant personality or simple apology would've made all of the difference.
