  • We made reservations for 5 rooms today. We had an OUTSTANDING person assist us on the phone. Her name is ANDREA. We had a lot of special circumstances - handicapped, military, adjoining rooms. Andrea was awesome and super personable. The customer service level at this resort goes above and beyond. I told her my Mom is coming into town to celebrate her 80th birthday, and she, on her own, suggested a room near an elevator. SUPER IMPRESSED. We truly love Station Casinos, and will remain loyal customers. THANKS ANDREA!!!
