This is fairly a small airport in Madison. Its named Dane County Regional Airport so many nearby cities use this airport to fly domestically. Though its very small, this airport is super clean and neat. Everything looks as if they are built pretty recently and has a lot of seatings available as well.
I love that its indoor with air-conditioned. I know this may sound odd because most of airports ARE indeed indoors and equipped with airconditioning. I am saying this because airports in Hawaii island isnt indoor. Kona airport is strictly open-air and Hilo airport does have indoor section but is open-air as well.
Theres a small store you can buy magazines, snacks and drinks along with Wisconsin apparels. All gates are located on second floor and all check-ins are available at the ground level.
Plenty of parking is available and people here are very friendly. Though I didnt see any airline lounges, gate area does have a couple restaurants with bar before you catch your flight.
