  • My grandma and I have been taking my dachshund/chihuahua mix here for 2 years to get he's nails trimmed. This visit we go, the manager is nice then we meet the groomer Sarah, not very friendly but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. She approaches my dog with another bigger dog NOT on a leash. He's a little dog so he was a bit freaked out over the whole thing, I'm sure having another dog smelling him wasn't helping. Anyways she pets him and tries to pick him up which I warn her he may try to bite, which he does, so I tell her I can just hold him or you can muzzle him. She picks him up and says "I think it'll be okay" okay, so she takes him back. Then when she brings him out it's obvious that she's pissed, the manager asked her "$15?" And she replied with "no charge them $20, he bit me in the face" which I thought was rude to say to my face since I told you he bites when he's scared. Once I got home and explained the situation to my grandma she was pissed and called the manager to which he told her "they don't like to muzzle dogs"... Then don't be rude when he bites after we already warned you. He told us he'd talk to her but never once offered a discount or nothing.... Won't be returning there again.
