  • Very happy with my inspection from Quality Home Inspections! Although the inspection found things that led me to withdraw my offer I left the inspection happy that I didn't get myself into a money pit. Randy and all are the friendliest and very knowledgeable. Some things that really stood out: 1) I learned a ton! I know very little about home maintenance and repair. Randy explained everything in easy to understand terms. He even provided mini-history lessons throughout (it was an old house) 2) They're fair. At the end of the inspection (I was not feeling good about the house anymore), they offered to pack up the radon test and refund the cost to me or do it on the next house I get inspected. 3) They're thorough. It was my first home inspection so I have nothing to compare it to but I feel like there wasn't a piece of the house that was untouched. Great work! Bottom line: would not choose anyone else! Only request: Offer a larger variety of services, e.g. water testing Edit: Just used them again and would write another 5-star recommendation if Yelp would let me
