  • Honesty...honesty. Tom came to my home per our appointment. Found out that I have one style of home that makes it impossible to build a insulated alumna patio. My eaves are way to low and not enough clearance for the beams. Also told me upfront that dimmer lights can not be done with these patios. I've had another builder come out that said no problem, we aren't electricians but you can get anything you want installed by an electrician later. He only wanted to sell his patio and no, there would never be the lighting that I wanted. You simply can not add to this patio recessed dimmable lighting afterwards. I appreciate Tom's upfront honest facts. He saved me aggravation with any other company saying..,yes no problem...it all can be done, when in reality none of the lighting, fans or insulated patio could. He wasn't here just to sell the patio. He wanted me to have the choices and bells and whistles I wanted, and he knew his product couldn't do it in "my" case because of my low roof and eaves construction. If I went with one of the other companies I would have paid for a patio only to find out after the build that fans and light could never be installed. Thank you Tom for your honesty. If anyone wishes to get the alumna patio...this is the right man !!
