| - I called about a week in advance and made an appointment. I travel for work so during my time home every moment is valuable. I don't have a lot of time to get things done. Anyway, all seemed fine. I go to drop off the car on said appointment, and upon walking in the lobby, there was no one there. I waited for about 5 minutes, and some guy comes rushing in and I told him I had an appointment. He found my name and said "Yes, we have you down for 930". I said "Yes". "How long will this take roughly, guy on the phone said 45 mins" I ask? He says "Maybe an hour we have to wait until a rack becomes available" Okay.... I had an appt but I''ll let this slide.
Left the car there and told the gentleman "I'm going to run a few errands, call me if anything comes up during the alignment" Simple enough.
I go back to get my car and I noticed it was moved, and I never received a call so I assumed all went smooth. I was gone for well over an hour giving them enough time to get it done.
I walked in the lobby, waited again for about 7 minutes. The lobby was now full of customers, but no one at the front desk. Same guy comes running back in and says "Car needs a front inner tie rod, can't do the alignment until we replace that". Well, I never received a phone call. So I just took my keys and left as I just wasted over an hour of my time and I had a lot to do that day, hence getting an early appointment.
Final straw was when I went to go pull my car out. Whoever parked it hung the front bumper onto the parking curb, I almost pulled my whole front fasicia off upon pulling out. I HAVE A FRONT PARKING CAMERA ON THE CAR FOR A REASON!!!!!!!!
Only positive thing I have to say about this place is that I went home, jacked up the car, and there was a tiny amount of play in the front passenger inner tie rod end.
I would not recommend this place. Over promise and under delivers. Too busy to provide any sort of quality service.
Owner/Manger, my appt was today April 21st at 930am.
