| - Went here for the first time after purchasing a Groupon. Spa is small. The "outdoor patio furniture" in the relaxation is definitely different. If you are given an upper level locker, there is no way to reach high enough to hang your clothes on the bar (no hooks).
In the relaxation room, there is juice, water, tea and snacks (granola bars, pretzels) available, which is nice. The only two trash cans in the area are tiny and full to the brim with trash. Otherwise, it was clean and cozy.
Therapist, Theresa, has a light touch but does a great job. She is exceedingly kind and appears to love her job. Heather is the receptionist who is efficient and friendly.
I did get a $10 Food Credit for The Farm Cafe. In addition, the "wine" referenced in the Groupon was a "to go" wine in a plastic glass - which was fine with me. I arrived two hours prior to my appointment to eat lunch - was too cold to go down to the saline swimming pool.
There is a 20% Locals Discount available all days for all services. Also, there is a four hour cancellation policy, which is surprising, as normally most places require 24 hour notice. Yes, there is a 20% Gratuity required after the services are rendered; that was OK with me.
Even though the spa is small, it was a nice experience to enjoy the robe and slippers, relaxation room, etc. I would return and pay out of pocket.
