  • Front desk lady was very rude. While I waited over 2 hours she was on the phone chatting to her friend! Highly unprofessional. There were about 2 people ahead of me so I thought shouldn't be too long, boy was I wrong. I kept asking the front desk how much longer and she had attitude every time. I also used their online check in app which is a joke bc it says it reduces the wait time but that's false! Save your money and time and try a diff quick care
