  • Earlier this week I brought in my car to USA Tire and Auto Care. The car is 12 years old and the blower motor had burned out due to age. USA Tire and Auto replaced the blower motor with an aftermarket part that was a bit noisy and didn't work as well as the original factory part from Nissan. When I raised a concern about this, the staff didn't argue with me at all, and in fact they were very eager to make things right. They ordered another part (this time from Nissan) and replaced it at no additional cost to me. I think that the true measure of a repair shop is how they respond to any concerns that a customer raises. Their response was excellent, and it's clear that they do things in their business to motivate customers to come back in the future. I highly recommend the team at USA Tire and Auto Care in Fort Mill.
