Left extremely frustrated and disappointed :( I brought my Jeep in for service on my engine light , with an appointment. When I arrived they said the appointment was made by mistake & no one was available to check the engine light codes until the following week. I left it there and had to bug them the following week to get the status because they hadn't called. Once they called Caesar told me a main fuse went out and that caused the engine light to turn on but also that I needed to replace the whole transmission. Being the only vehicle in the family I told him to fix it whatever the cost but to call me with pricing. Never got a call back. The next day my husband went in and he said that they needed to replace 2 fuel pumps (not a fuse or transmission). My husband was confused so asked to speak to the mechanic. The mechanic told him only one fuel pump.. now we were more confused. Then Caesar called to tell me how he was confused by another customer with my same name. Caesar if you read this (get yourself together)
They took about 1 week to replace the pump then the day after I got my car the engine light came back on. They told me to get premium gas & drive it around & the light would turn back off. Well it didn't so a week later I took it to towbin in the valley auto mall to find out that the engine light was back on because a gasket/cap was stuck from the new pump they put in.
I had never dealt with such imbeciles and felt so helpless as I am not a mechanic myself. From the first call to the last conversation it was a complete disaster. I wouldn't wish their service to my worst enemy!
