  • After several years of being a member I cancelled my membership over an uncompromising manager by the name of Mike Cross . This guy needs to go back to management training . Mike Cross has zero retention skills . Instead of honoring a guest pass Mike Cross would rather see a member cancel they're membership in order to protect his ego in front of his staff . Your a gym manager Mike Cross lay off the ego and start saving your members from leaving your establishment . It's not about you Mike Cross it's about us the members . The ones that pays your salary and your gym . Mike Cross will deliver good service only when he's swiping your credit card for payments . But don't approach Mike Cross for anything else because Mike Cross is a horrible manager with serious ego . Keep up the good work Mike Cross because by tomorrow the rest of my relatives are cancelling they're membership . Great job Mike Cross !
