  • Having worked at a Starbucks before I can understand that when it gets busy it can be stressful, but when there is a long line and I've waited 15 minutes to get my coffee you need to step it up a notch. They staff moves so slow and is incredibly unhelpful. I order a turkey panini but they were out and almost every other thing I ask for after was out how about letting me know what you do have before I order half the menu all to finally just end up ordering a plain croissant that they forgot to give me so I wanted another few minutes for that and it was super hard and dry. And still at the very end my iced coffee tasted like shit. Maybe it's old or they brewed it in dirty dishwater either way this location is terrible.
