  • Made appointments for my whole family 2 weeks ago. Scheduled the first of consecutive appointments at 2:00pm - right when the doctor returns from lunch. Walked in 15 minutes early to a crowded store. After checking in behind a walk-in client, I was told we would be seen after the 6 people ahead of us, since they were here before me??!! I asked if they had appointments and the front desk receptionist said some of them did. I asked if there was more than one doctor? Answer - No. I asked how is it that I was able to make appointments for 2pm when 6 other people were also to be seen at 2pm with only ONE doctor doing the exams? A TOTAL WASTE OF A TRIP! I made an appointment so I would not have to be cattled into a waiting area and sit there for 2 hours. I walked out and walked right into Vision Works across the street at the mall. I will NEVER go back to americas best. Don't bother making an appointment - it won't matter!
