  • Words cannot describe how amazing my first experience was at Windsor. I was nervous to go in at first because I wasn't dressed up and you hear stories about how you're pre- judge base on appearance. That statement couldn't be more false when it came to their service. My first visit I ended up buying a beautiful Rolex timepiece. My salesperson sent me a letter a few days after to follow up and make sure the watch was being enjoyed! Last year I went back to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring and the service was even better. Windsor really worked with me on making her dream ring, the options were endless and they were there to guide me every step of the way. Thank you again Windsor.
