| - Hands down my absolute favourite place in the city. National Geographic agrees, touting it the best food market in the world. From the moment you walk in your senses are heightened. The smells are lovely and the visuals are almost too much.
You can find anything and everything here - fresh fruit and veg, coffee, any cut of meat, any cheese, breads, seafood, mustard, maple syrup, desserts, fresh cut flowers. It's a true foodies paradise. Downstairs has a ton of fresh-made food vendors and other interesting doodads and gifts.
Back in the day, I was lucky enough to work a hop, skip and a jump from this place. I use to pick up Montreal bagels on the regular from St. Urban Bagel Bakery, delicious pirogues and of course, Chinese food for lunch - get the spring rolls!
Just remember closed on Sunday's and Monday's.
