  • Went in there specifically to buy a moisturizing cream today between 1:30-2 pm and there were two sale associates, one behind the register and another helping a client. They never acknowledged me or even said a single word to me. There were 2 other customers in the store so it's not like they were busy. I walked around and around looking for the facial moisturizers and after about 10 minutes I walked out and said, "well no one wants to help me so I guess I'll leave..." I doubt they cared. Terrible customer service and most of their stuff I smelled had not so pleasant odors... off to Origins instead I guess!
