| - In July 2016, I scheduled my first appointment with Ranger Pest Control to remove a hornet's nest, as I prepped the house for sale. Vance gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time, and removed the hornet's nest. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
Once I moved into my current home, I called Vance to help with a long-standing pigeon problem. The previous owners spent close to $ 20,000 (since 2001), in attempts to prevent pigeons from resting and nesting on the tile roof. As a retired nurse, I understand the health risks associated with pigeon droppings. Two to three times each day, it was necessary to clear the driveways of pigeon droppings, which exacerbated my asthma. I ordered 2 ultrasonic pigeon devices and in addition to the work he did on the roof, he mounted the devices and cleared the roof of pigeon droppings which had accumulated over the years. It is impossible for me to hide or deny my phobia of bugs - a fear that has been exploited by a couple of pest control companies in the past. But Vance has never altered or inflated his estimates, and he is extremely pleasant, informative and reassuring, when I go through my list of questions, most of which are the result of frazzled nerves.
Initially, I thought the strong ethical business practice and level of professionalism and courtesy Vance exhibited were solely qualities extended to customers, and standard considerations to maintain any commercial establishment. But now I realize that these qualities are facets of his personality. Individuals can learn to exhibit qualities; exemplary individuals possess them, so they are not restricted to a specific role in life. Likewise, I would not hesitate to instill my trust in Vance, in any future endeavor he may seek. He is prompt, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and personable; these and his many other attributes are why I have Ranger Pest Control on speed dial. I highly recommend Vance and Ranger Pest Control for consistency and excellence in customer service, economical pricing, and professionalism.
