Had a good experience with a purchase in January, but since learned we were given incomplete information regarding the purchase. I went to the store and asked for a manager. Both people (Maria and Dan) with whom I spoke were attentive and helpful. They both apologized for the bad communication from the sales associate. The manager, Dan, was able to give a detailed explanation of what the sales associate SHOULD have said and he offered suggestions to remedy the situation. While I was disappointed to have to return, I was please with the response from the staff.
