  • This Starbucks location has to be the smallest I ever patronized. Ordering a drink simple - when asked for my name.. I provided it and never got my drink. I sat nearby and patiently listened for the name of my drink or my name to be called- but nothing. Then when I inquired about it "opps someone must of took it - let me make another one". I understand things happen but the service seemed a big sloppy.. it wasnt a big order. When I am paying so much for something I expect better service. What is the purpose of providing my name anyway? Never usually an issue when I visit any starbucks. This location was the most uncleanly location I have visited. All the table tops were sticky and really in need of a wipe down. My man agreed with me 100%
