  • Walked in to buy a cue because I was sick of crappy bar cues. I am nowhere near a skilled player, and knew absolutely nothing about cues, other than the fact that I preferred a 19oz weight. The owner was extremely friendly right off the bat. Made me feel super comfortable, and had an amazing amount of info and suggestions. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything, he wasn't pushy at all, and he took an hour with me to explain all the different options, etc. It was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had, and the shop had a ton of cues to choose from. I learned more about the game in that hour than I have in years playing around in bars. This shop is awesome. I will never shop anywhere else for anything billiards related.
